All ingredients must pass our rigorous evaluation process and comply with today’s top food safety standards. Pesticides, micros, metals—we are on the lookout for it all. We use the Trace Gains ingredient management program to maintain ongoing and up to date record keeping.

In addition to our customer-conducted audits , we are in compliance and audited by third-party food manufacturing, Organic, State, and Federal agencies, as well as being a Kosher facility.
